World of Zero

A current hot topic in the wine and spirits industry. With the "World of Zero", ProWein 2023 is picking up on the current trend and proactively offering it a stage. With immediate effect, Hall 1 will be the ideal place to get comprehensive and, above all, efficient information about this special sector. Lectures and panel discussions on the range of themes round off the programme.
Even tasting is not forbidden here - the tasting zone in the centre of the theme world completes the "World of Zero".

Zero" is also playing an increasingly important role in gastronomy. "This is the ideal platform for our trade visitors from the catering and retail sectors to obtain comprehensive and, above all, efficient information about this special segment", explains Michael Degen, Executive Director Messe Düsseldorf.

Éxhibitors such as L.L. Leitz, Kolonne Null, ZGM, Peter Riegel, Schlumberger, Schloss Wachenheim and other international brands will show what the trend theme of "alcohol-free wines" is all about. This special show will be rounded off with the tasting zone on this trend theme, organised by Meininger Fachverlag. Here, a further 300 or so wines and non-alcoholic products will be on display and there will be tastings and panel discussions.

This premiere of this theme world is located in the entrance area of Hall 1.
