From Napa to Tasmania!

This year I am so delighted to see ProWein just as I remember it from years ago! Chile, Argentina and Uruguay can be found in Hall 13 this year, with winegrowers who are venturing to Düsseldorf despite it being their harvest time!

It is also very pleasing that Wine Australia and Wines of South Africa are presenting themselves at ProWein again. This time, they will even be represented in Hall 14 with a great joint stand – a first. And of course you should definitely take a look at the Californian Barn next door!

In 2023, Japan is also back with the Japan Sake and Sochu Association and several sake and sochu producers, a must for all rice wine connoisseurs.

ProWein 2023 is also being held in spring, the best time to let the new vintage melt on your tongue and create fresh momentum for the new business year. So if you don’t have a ticket yet, it’s about time you got one. See you in Düsseldorf between 19 and 21 March 2023.

Even more New World – Halls 13 and 14:
It can never hurt to take a good look across the pond: you should not miss the Californian Barn and also the wines from Canada, Washington, Oregon. You will find these North American delights in Hall 14. Also worth a “trip”: South America! You can taste the great Wines of Chile and Wines of Argentina as well as Uruguay Wines offer in Hall 13.

Rediscover the Old World – Halls 11 and 12:
With more than 600 Iberian exhibitors, Hall 11 offers you a really incredible overview of the Spanish products. Numerous tastings are being organised by ICEX, among others.

Wine specialities from Portugal are waiting for you in Hall 12. Here you should also take a look at the list of tastings organised by Viniportugal! And afterwards? Head to Hall 12 where you can discover other European wine regions with rare indigenous grape varieties. You will find Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary among others, especially from the region of Villany, which is known for its Cabernet Franc, but also Moldova, Georgia, Romania and Serbia.
